The Veterans Freedom Retreat Board of Directors consists of volunteers dedicated to reducing the impact of PTSD on our veterans and their families. These volunteers have significant experience in military culture, its interface with civilian life and in treating veterans with PTSD.

The Board president is a Vietnam combat veteran with a heart for fellow veterans. Our counselors are all licensed, seasoned professionals who successfully work with veterans and others who have experienced trauma.

Our alternative modality providers are carefully selected to insure that the best care possible is provided to our veterans.

Our five-year goals are:

  • Reduce the symptoms of PTSD 30-60% for 145 veterans.
  • Continue post-retreat counseling.
  • Achieve consistent, full funding.
  • Develop a core team of counselors/therapists.
  • Become known as the go-to place for family healing from PTSD.
